The AI-Pioneers grew from a simple conviction: agency with AI can't be decreed — it grows from person to person. What began as a small circle of the curious is today a living community with its own course programme, certification, promptathons and peer formats. Carried by people who pass on their knowledge instead of hoarding it. No mandate from above, no mandatory training: whoever joins, wants to join — and that is exactly what makes the movement so effective.
